I am trying to find the origin of the word Gwynedd. Among sevceral hypothesis, that of the Venedoti tribe seems to be interesting. The fact is that there are other areas with such a name : Gwened in Brittany, Venice in Italy. They should be the same people at the origin. The common things between these people should be their accent.
